That is a screaming indictment. Probably due to two reasons. One weak Canadian dollar and unrelenting immigration to Ontario from the 3rd world.
Canada has per capita 3x more leagal immigrants per year than the USA.

BTW, this is also what happens when you have a ONE-Party state. the GOP would be easliy this corrupt with out a second party to keep them "honest"
I shudder to think what the US would be like if the DEMs became the only party. Given the recall in CA, it wouldnt last more than a few election cycles though.
