Sweet, sweet Mr. Carlo!
I have to tell you that my poor sister (48) blew out her knee in a fall down the steps a few years ago. To the point that she is now having knee replacement surgery. She gained lots of weight and is now diagnosed with Type II diabetes. Eventhough she is not a FReeper, I sent her a link to your Low Carb thread. She has lost 9 lbs in two weeks and sends you her Big Hugs and Smootchie Kisses. (me too!)
