We Remember
We saw the look upon his face,
Through whispers he was told.
We knew he felt just what we felt,
We wouldnt sit here cold.

We Remember
We saw the look upon his face, Through whispers he was told. We knew he felt just what we felt, We wouldnt sit here cold. We knew this time that we would act, And not just turn our head. This time wed go and wed go big, We wouldnt bomb some shed. He called them faceless cowards, He vowed we hunt them down. We watched as he spoke to us all, Sincerely, not some clown. His eyes assured us hed not rest, Until they paid the price. Yes wed turn over every stone, Until they were on ice. He warned the battle would be long, That many would forget. That some would say, lets just move on, Not him, his mind was set. We backed him then, we back him now, The fight must still go on. We cant back down, we cant let up, Until the threat is gone. God Bless our troops as on they fight, Each day for them we pray. We thank them all, for all they do, They are the best, we say. We will support our President, Hes proven he will stand. Well vote for Bush this coming fall, We will protect this land.

All the images of 9-11 are etched deeply in the American psyche. the president should do an ad featuring his being told, how he dealt with the crisis that day, his rally at teh WTC, and the actions in Afghanistan, Iraq, around the World. I can't think of a more powerful or justified message.

Agreed. I have posted this rant on all the ad threads.
Why doesn't the media interview me? I could tell how offended I am by John Kerry's traitorous activities since coming home from Nam. I could discuss the fact that I have no idea where Kerry stands on any given issue at any given time since he appears to have no stand.
Though I feel for the families who lost someone on 9/11, the attacks are not their private property. The attacks were aimed at every American. I am sick of people acting like because they lost someone, this is private. Their loss is private but the attacks were not. I will never forget that it was an attack on me, my family, my friends, my nation. I take it personal as should every American.
If George W. Bush wants to use 9/11 in his campaign, that is his right. He was attacked too. His response to the attacks shows the character and courage his predecessor did not have when we were attacked so many times during those 8 dark years.
God Bless America and George W. Bush.

Thank you CG.......I am amazed at some of the "hits" this good man has been taking for us lately. The almost unimaginable political courage he took to safeguard this country is routinely overlooked. I don't agree with some of his spending, but even that has a political calculus. At the end of the day, the Bush Doctrine trumps it all. "You are with us or with the terrorists. We will make no distinction between the terrorists and the states that harbor terrorists." Imagine a Kerry, or a Gore, or a Hillary taking such a position. The islamofascists want our total annihilation - and the left would be delighted to let the UN barter for our lives.
Thanks again.

Not only are the visuals etched in my mind....but that awful gut fear...fear of what was going to happen next. As most of you, I remember just standing there watching it happen on TV and feeling o so very helpless. No need to go into details for any of you....but...It really doesn't hurt to remember....and to remeber ALL of it. It doesn't hurt to be reminded about it....ALL of it. Never do I want to experience anything like that again.....and with Kerry's new proposed foreign policy...that return of feelings seems a certainty.

That's why we must remind everyone, every chance we get. It ain't over and it will never be safe to have a Kerry or a Clinton in office again. EVER!
