Go President Bush.
Clinton did the "judiciary" thing with the terrorist which caused all of the Arab world to think America was weak and frightened.
Again, President Bush did exactly the right thing and took the war to them.
Kerry would once again paint America as weak and indicisive. Sort of like his voting record and everything uttered from his mouth from the beginning of his life.
