This is excellent news for the Limbaugh case. Proof positive that he is being unfairly singled out. Nothing could be better than a judge from Limbaugh's local court as an example.

There are tens of great examples out here in Hollywood also: stars that are reported (outed?) in the Enquirer as having a drug problem, including drugs that cannot at all be purchased legally, like cocaine or heroin, and the star is known to or admits checking into rehab. No one ever subpoenas their medical records or accuses them of any illegal activity.
