No army, no laws, no law enforcement, legal drugs, no speed limit, no helmet laws. Sounds like a libertarians paradise. Isn't little to no government and the ability to carry guns and be answerable to no one exactly what they have been advocating? Hey all those who hate laws! Haiti awaits! And from what I hear, there has been some very nice housing in Port-au-Prince that has just come on the market.
