This is not oriented towards "third parties" -- this is oriented towards certain groups like Moveon.org and others who claim to be certain kinds of organizations not subject to the election laws, yet they are engaging in activities, which are regulated and forbidden by election law.

I understand that. But along with keeping out MoveOn.org, they'll silence half of America..as if CFR wasn't bad enough.
