The real emotion fest is Mel Gibson's' PASSION. How the heck has Christianity survived & flourished for centuries without such an in_your_face portrayal of Christ's torture and death?

Oh, that's an easy question.

"Now to Him who is able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power [of the blood depicted in this movie, by the way] that works in us, to Him be glory in the church by Christ Jesus to all generations, forever and ever. Amen." -- Ephesians 3:20-21

Christianity still exists because Christ is alive and where Christ abides and lives and loves, there is where Christianity is.

I have a question for you: Why are Jews so threatened by a depiction of Christ's suffering?
