These are the inmates on the military death row at Ft Leavenworth and the dates they were sentenced to death. Three were soldiers Kuetzler, Gray and Quintanilla and the other three were Marines. As you can see military justice is not particularly swift. They have not executed anybody since 1961.

Hell, turn them over to the Coast Guard.

Back during prohibition one of our patrol boats busted a rum runner. While taking them back two of the runners grabbed a .45 and killed two of the Coasties but were subdued. The ring leader was convicted of murder in the Miami federal court but no prison would accept him because of the unpopularity of prohitibtion. So the Coast Guard took the convicted murder back to Base Miami and ran him up the flag pole themselves.
