Has this person ever heard of a "signature file"? Geesh! All my business email has one attached.

I thought the same thing; so do we.
Example, if that dullard of a staffer is lurking:

This e-mail and any files transmitted with it are private and intended exclusively for the use of the entity or individual to whom they are addressed.
If proprietary design or technical specifications/drawings are attached to this e-mail, the information and design disclosed by and the copyrights, trademarks, or patents in such attachments are the property of (my employer) and may not be used without express written permission.
If you have received this e-mail in error, please notify the sender.

Well, the problem here is that this e-mail WAS addressed to Olati, though inadvertently, so whatever she did with was A-OK, regardless of what you put in the signature line - unless your signature line reads:

"This e-mail and all its' contents are intended solely for the use of someone else. If you have received this, please delete it immediately."
