Boortz nails it. I lived and worked overseas for nearly a decade and have made repeated extended trips outside of the country since then. The jealousy and envy of the USthat consuem even many of our allies is amazing to see. Some of the worst and most vocal offenders are those who receive the most concern and care (read aid $$) from the US.

They loved Clinton and Kerry because they represent and re-enforce the worst stereotypes of US citizens as uneducated boobs - loose with money, morally corrupt and easily manipulated.
