Not that it will help you afterwards and hopefully this is a once-in-a-lifetime-thing.... but... if choking and alone, you are supposed to lean over a high-backed chair from behind to try to create as much pressure on your diaphragm as possible.

And pick up the phone and punch in 911 while still awake... if you pass out, they'll find you and maybe, maybe have a chance to clear or bypass the obstacle and revive you :-)
