It is indeed a very good line. It applies to many liberals, and especially those who have spent their entire lives in the liberal bubble - New England or the Bay Area, college and college towns, government, the "non-profits". It's why so many of them can't make reasoned arguments for liberal policies - they've never really thought about them.
