Last Monday, an attempt to pay the group off failed The french tried to surrender to the terrorists, we aren't sure if it was incompetence on the part of the french, the terrorists or both that delayed the formal surrender. We know it was not the terms of the surrender...the french always surrender unconditionally...to anyone.

I bet a TGV would make quite a show if one were derailed. If the terrorists were smart they'd hide a video camera pointed to the expected crash site. I'm rather surprise Al Qaeda didn't have anyone video taping the first WTC crash on 9-11.
