The care packages I mailed to Mike and Sonar just got there--just under two weeks from when they were mailed on Feb 20. Still, the four big boxes that were mailed to Eric on Jan. 15 haven't arrived as far as I know.

Smaller is better, I think, and also things going to Baghdad have to go on a risky convoy, and space is probably a premium.

I wonder if Eric will find the boxes waiting for him in Kuwait.

I don't know if they'll get any mail in Kuwait.

I just want to find out that he's IN Kuwait.

I think their mail is flown into Baghdad...and probably convoyed to Eric's base.....if he's pulling out in a few days, I don't think they will forward them to Kuwait...he may miss them altogether.....when mailing anything over there, print the city they are in on the package...I print BALAD on the top of the box with a black felt pin...it's easier to sort.
