That'll leave some wriggle room for those that will like to speculate about her being the Running Mate on the Kerry ticket. (I'll be among those ;-).I have predicted for over a year that she would replace the nominee in October.
I hadn't thought she would need to be in the VP slot to do it, but I suppose it will help.
Whether she has Kerry arkancide, leaks his FBI file, or turns up a dead girl who works for Kerry is unknown as yet.
I suppose she's polling those choices right now.

I dunno. The Clintons have been too quiet of late for me to think she'll jump in. What does she have to gain by running now?
If she runs with Kerry and they lose, she'll just be a loser. Hardly a position of strength from which to launch a presidential campaign in '08.
If she runs with Kerry and they win, she'll just be another #2 again. She can't showcase or control anything as VP and you can bet that Kerry won't give her anything but cookie-making duties. He won't put her on the ticket unless the Toons have something more serious on him than we already know. Blackmail only works up to the election. After the election it won't matter. If they release anything then, she'll be in the Algore post-monica position. Even with a watergate resignation scenario, she would only be Prez-for-a-day and I hardly think she would be satisfied with that.
If they win and their administration is successful, she'll be another #2 another 4 years...pretty much screwin' herself out of being Prez.
We keep underestimating the Clinton's political and treacherous "strategery" talent. Not for others but strictly for themselves. They shine in self-preservation skills and they have serious patience where their self-interest is concerned.
The only way, imho, that she runs is as a presidential candidate, and only if something disastrous happens that totally, I mean totally, discredits GW, guaranteeing a win. The endorsement of Kerry is only to show, as she always SHOWS, that she is being a good democrat.
No, I'm still subscribing to her sitting on her, well hands, and waiting til '08. FWIW

I'll take July 2 as the date Hiliary suddenly leaps into the nominee's spot. BTW, I'll take Arkancide for $500, Alex (FBI files and dead interns would only enhance Ketchup Boy's image among the RAT faithful)

That is what I've been trying to figure out. I'm not politically savvy on the way elections, primaries , nominees and delegates work, but can she still wind up being nominated in the end? What if no delegates want Kerry later on. (After she ruins him) Can they decide to put her in at the last minute? How does this all work? I just don't think she'll take this lightly. I think she wants to be President next time around no matter what it takes.

My guess now is that Hillary will end up being the VP with Kerry. If she does, Bush will have a very hard time winning, I am afraid.
