4 would-be suicide bombers arrested in Iraq

Iraqi police arrested four would-be suicide bombers in the southern city of Basra a short time after the suicide attacks in Baghdad and Karbala this morning, which killed over 140 people.
Two terrorists, a Syrian and an Iraqi, were detained after a car bomb was discovered outside a mosque in central Basra. Meanwhile, two women wearing explosive-belts were also arrested in the city.
