First, Russia have Duma for several years and before Boyar councils. Second Russia have elected government until Western business and Kaiser gold allow Bolshavik overthrow...even Bolshavik make farce of election, but idea still there. Lastly, Russia Christian European peoples not Islamic Arab. Slight difference of culture...now if all Slavik nations run now by dictators I say, yup, Russians doomed probably too....but instead it is different quite.

I haven't heard about this, my Russian history is probably about as good as your Texas history and I'd like to hear more.
