Students pay rent to the Foundation, Grants go to the Foundation as well. Generally, 50 percent of a grant, or more, is used to administer it. Federal financial-aid is administered through Smith. Smith doles it out to students, who pay it back to him as tuition and rent -- so it goes right back to Smith.

Anyway -- when the head of a granting agency like NSF's Judith Ramaley, writes your accreditation report -- you're in the big leagues. But here's the rub. It's all bogus. log onto CSUMB's website, read her report. It's a sham. There's no dissent, and no complaints. On its face, how real is that? They really did have an air force of Middle Eastern flyers paying them rent though. And who knows about it? Just you and I.
