I haven't been to a movie at an on-base theater in quite some time, but it has been my experience that they don't feature "first-run" movies until several weeks after they begin playing nationwide. They probably get a price discount for waiting until they've been out for awhile. Thus, even if they did already have a contractual relationship with "The Passion's" movie distributor, I wouldn't expect it to be shown on base for several more weeks. Let's hope they can come to an arrangement to allow them to do so.

You are correct. They are normally a few weeks behind. Let's hope this one gets worked out.
