It seems like the poison pill ammendments have worked, it sounds like no one is voting for passage.

Is there any way they can now bring up the original bill for a vote, clean, without ammendments?

I wish I knew how this worked. I think it now goes back to the original senate bill S.659.

I think they can reintroduce at a later date as a new bill, I may be wrong though.
