I berated an instructor in a company "diversity" program for doing this. He put a powerpoint presentation up on a screen with physical traits that are found in humans, but he slipped in sexual orientation next to skin color of course.
I had him looking like a complete fool by the end of the day. What a moron.

Tell us more. I sat through one of these events about ten years ago. Made me very uncomfortable as I am a conservative, evangelical, white Republican. Earned absolutely no points!
But if you can tell us more about making this person look like a moron, it might help others who are routinely placed in this awkward situation in the name of "diversity".

I've never understood how someone could take a "job" like that -- let alone make a career out of it -- and maintain any degree of self-respect.
I'd rather squeegee windshields on the street corner than become a "diversity trainer".
If I'm ever coerced into having to sit through one of those Maoist self-debasing reeducation sessions, I'll give the "facilliator" a lovely thank-you gift. A copy of a Simon and Garfunkel song. Simon and Garfunkel are so sensitive, and so forth, don't you agree?
I'm sure Mr. Diversity will enjoy listening to his brand new copy of "Richard Cory". Who knows? Perhaps, after listening to it for a few times, and reflecting on the sorry excuse for a "life" that he uses to beat the actual humanity out of his subjects, he'll take the song's message to heart.
We can only hope... :)
