(IsraelNN.com) 11 persons died as a result of PLO terror in the month of February 2004. Many others were wounded, many seriously, including persons who sustained permanent disabilities.
February 22 08:20 - A suicide bomber blew himself up on board a number 14 bus traveling from southern Jerusalem to the Beit HaKerem neighborhood at the intersection of Emek Refaim and David Remez Streets [near Liberty Bell Park]. 8 Persons were murdered and over 65 injured. February 27 Nighttime A couple was killed by terrorist gunfire while traveling in southern Green Line Israel on Route 31, the Hevron Beer Sheva Road. PFLP/al-Aqsa (FATAH) both claimed responsibility. [11]

NOTE: Eitan and Rima, murdered on February 27th, are the 22nd couple to have been murdered in the three-and-a-half year Oslo War, which has left a total of 35 children without either parent. All of the orphans have been adopted by relatives.
