I would bet that every black member of Congress took kickbacks from AristideHaiti has been the major transshipment hub for South American dope for at least the last decade.
And I will never forget the expressions of delighted avarice when the CBC got their first invasion in 1993.
There's no doubt whatsoever that this is about dope payoffs.
