'Republican Attack Machine', hey somebody's got to do it!
(And I'm more a libertarian ;-)
Chucky "hope Dr. Rice will testify truthfully", Don't you worry Chuck, the "Truth will set you free" huh? That's what you think, it may put at least one of you leftists in prison.
Now he says our "taxcut has been sent to OPEC."

An ultimatum to OPEC that if they don't produce more we'll use our 'secret weapon' and 'unleash' the SPR(Strategic Petroleum Reserve) Chucky?
They would laugh!

OH GOOD NIGHT!!!!
Durbin up now saying CLARKE was running things at the WH on 9-11!!
To: OXENinFLA
Yo Dickie Dur(t)bin, the issue Frist brought up was perjury, not releasing classified info, nice dodge.

Did Dur(t)bin just imply that the administration should 'admit responsibillity' like Clarke did? So in his mind the Administration is responsible, is that what he's saying?

Craig Thomas (R-WY) up now
To: OXENinFLA
Ensign(R-NV) is preempting and upping the stakes on the Kerry corporate tax proposal. :)
The dims shouldn't even try on that front. That is the only place they usually stumble on strategy like Republicans.

You've probably heard by now that Condi has agreed to testify publicly under oath to the 911 Commission.

I just walked in to Zell Miller giving a speech about who is listening to the 9/11 Commission, the "outrageous speeches on this floor", etc. I always seem to miss him. :( If it wasn't for the bias in the media, we would see what little I heard as the lead story about how some are playing games with our national security. Unfortunately we won't see that since the leftstream media at the least is complicit, at worst driving it.
Despite the scant coverage that Zell gets, I'm sure glad he is openly on our side of this, he is a powerful ally in this fight.

About 6:30E Dorgan was defending Kerry from 'attacks' about his support for a $.50 gas tax hike. He said Kerry would have done it himself, if he was there. Just another day in the life of the AWOL Senator.

YEAH, I caught just the last part of ZELL, he was enraged.
Did you catch Rick Santourm a bit after that, he was tearing Boxer and Kennedy apart of putting this (non germane) minimum wage amendment on the Welfare bill?
To: OXENinFLA
No, I'll have to read it in the record. I just couldn't keep my interest level up for most of the debate on the actual bill, no matter who was the speaker. If they were on topic for much more than 5 minutes, the channel got changed. ;-)

Senate Floor Schedule for Wednesday, March 31, 2004.
9:30 a.m.: Convene and begin a period of morning business.
10:00 a.m.: Resume consideration of S. Con. Res. 95, the Fiscal Year 2005 Budget Resolution.
Thereafter, resume consideration of H.R. 4, the Welfare Reform Reauthorization bill.
The '05 Budget & the welfare bill.........As Stimpy would say................"OH, JOY!"
Oh, and Rick Santourm pointed out that amendments added to HR4 added 6 BILLION (yea Billion w/ a "B") to child care. He was pointing out that they increased to work responsibility by 20% and the amount going to child care went up by 125%.
I'll post him and ZELL when available.
Freepmail me if you want on/off this ping list.
