Have the authorities said anything that would make you think that they are considering prosecuting her too?

No
At one point she said she "feared for her own life"
after she found out what he had done.
I think that is why she is getting break.

Feared for her life from Hargon? Hmmmm.... maybe so.

However, according to the story you posted earlier, she knew that he murdered these people on the day he did it, and she made no effort to inform the authorities or leave her husband until after he was arrested, correct?

If all that is true, I don't think we or the authorities should be very sympathetic to her.

Lisa Ainsworth, who divorced Earnest Lee Hargon in October of last year, is not charged in the case. She testified Friday that the two went out for Mexican food after the family disappeared last year.

"He said, 'I went to see Mike. Things got a little out of hand,' " she said. "I said, 'Earnest Lee,' I said, 'Rebecca's going to be calling' ... He said 'No, I got them, all three.' "

"He didn't eat. We ordered food, but we couldn't eat," she said, her voice breaking.
