I've got one child - a 16 year old daughter - who I believe GETS IT . I've spent tons of time with her preaching the virtues of celibacy , and the ecstacy of experiencing sex for the first time with the person who has committed his life to you via marriage , your husband . Just last night she was talking to my wife and mother-in-law about how someday she wanted to find a man just like to me to marry , and that my wife was lucky ! Naturally I beamed with joy .

I feel sorry for all the children of unwed mothers who populate our schools today. Many of them are angry and maladjusted, and some of them take out their rage on kids like my nieces and nephews who are guilty simply of being from homes with an old-fashioned Mom and Dad who are married to each other.

Thanks so much for the information. A video promoting chastity and the reserving of sexual activity for marriage is long overdue.

If we hadn't first been so permissive with pre-marital sex, cohabitation, and the like, we probably wouldn't have to be dealing on a large scale with homosexuality and all kinds of other sexual proclivities. When we opened the door, even slightly, to sexual expression outside of marriage, we might as well have opened the floodgates.

After reading countless threads on homosexuality, I was beginning to think that Freepers didn't care about other sexual sins. Fornication and adultery are also condemned in the Bible, and they take their toll on the individual as well as on society as a whole.

As I have mentioned before, the best way to rid society of homosexual behaviour is to return to the ban on all sexual activity outside of wedlock and allow marriage only between a man and a woman.

Back around 1960, my father was upset over the release of the birth control pill. I remember him telling some other guys that it would only lead to promiscuity and rampant VD.

He was a WWII lifer!

Can't spell Taliban without 'ban'. We shouldn't be promoting promiscuity as we do on so many levels. That I can agree with. In fact, if we're going to promote anything, why not promote excellence and the benefits that come from it?

I'll tell you why, diversity has taken us to the lowest common denominator and to do so would only be seen by those who need a 'hand-up' as a threat to their claim. What claim, you ask? The claim that we all be equal, of course.
