If the land was deeded with proper covenants and a clause indicating that the land reverts to the descendants if it is ever not used for the shooting range Perhaps I am wrong but a good liberal lawyer who shopped around for the right judge could perhaps dig up the old news articles that proved Mr. Wessons intent when he donated the land.
Then this rabid liberal lawyer could get a judgement from the shopped for judge favorable to the gun club.
Thats what the libs would do anyway.

Hmm, very similar to the manner in which the eco-nuts and kalifornia betrayed the intent of the people who donated the town of Bodie.
It was clearly spelled out that the surrounding area should continue to be mined. Kali. made sure that NO mining can be done for several miles around.
People need to stop donating property to Gov. Org.!
Too often the property is not even really a donation, much more likely the product of Gov. Org. intimidation.
This **** disgust me.
