I agree that if one wants a GOP US Senate candidate that is the most gotcha!-proof / collapse-proof, Rauschenberger seems to be that man.

And we need a guy like that.

I wonder what Jack! is up to, missing such an event. Whatever it is, I'm guessing he would intend to finish strong in paid media. He seems to be one to plan and hang back unless/until he believe's he has an advantage. Maybe his investor mentality is coming to bear -- an aloof approach similar to Fitzgerald? I think he needs to be a better salesman though and not just an order taker, because he hasn't closed the deal yet.
