Clearly the president is on the right side of this issue, whether Congress will act or not. I personally feel Dubya should wait until this summer and call Congress back into session and demand they draft a resolution that will exempt any State that preforms same sex Marriages from Federal aid.
That will have every Governor across this country issuing arrest warrants for any State Official who ignores the State Laws on Marriage
