All it takes is one dimwit president giving an executive order, and those lucky SF folks get SS benefits. Bill Clinton would do it, and I'm sure in 10 years, we will get another 'Bill'. This is why the constitutional amendment is required. We have no choice, but to push it ahead and set all the judges back into place.

If he did, he would be violating the law of the land relative to the administration of federal programs, i.e., DOMA. See post #50.
