The state Judicial Conduct Board has filed administrative charges against Monroe County Judge Mark Pazuhanich, who was arrested for allegedly fondling a 10-year-old girl at a teen pop concert.
The board wants Pazuhanich suspended without pay, pending the outcome of criminal proceedings.

[Please don't post any "but he's innocent until proven guilty" stuff. We all took citizenship class in juniour high ... I hope.]

That "innocent-till-proven-guilty" refrain always bugs me too. All it means is that the burden of proof is on the prosecution in a court of law. It doesn't mean that the rest of us are in the meantime not allowed to have an opinion or must suspend our common sense until the jury hands down its verdict.
