I'm waiting to learn who put out the BOLO on several Middle Eastern men immediately after the bombing. That information is documented but no explanation has ever been offered to my knowledge.

We've documented this before via old news articles but I don't think I have that bookmarked. Maybe Wallaby does.

From memory, the local OKC law enforcement and FBI put out the BELO immediately after the bombing and subsequent eyewitness accounts. Within hours, the FBI bureaucrats in DC and/or the Clinton's apparently gave the orders to pull the BELO.

You are correct. I heard the BOLO (Be On the Look Out) on the Middle eastern man with my own ears. I had (have) several scanners on that day. It was issued almost immediately.

I went to college with a girl whose father was a wittness to the two individuals. I never did follow up to see what happened (if he was ever called to the trial). He was positive the individuals he saw were McVeigh and (John Doe#2).
