Your link to the amendment does show that "possession" is only when accompanied by a crime.

The text of the Amendment has been getting posted to various threads since this morning. What I tried to do here was post what Craig actually said according to the Senate minutes. Ie; his stated INTENT. His amendment essentially took the teeth out of Kennedy's amendment. Drunk-boy was suitable Po'ed.
I like seeing Teddy steamed. Not quite as much as I would enojy seeing him behind bars or doing a "short drop and a sudden stop".
