Aides: Woman wasn't defamed: Schwarzenegger campaign wants her suit dismissed (Rhonda Miller)

Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger's campaign aides say they believed that a woman suing him for defamation really was a prostitute and drug addict when they suggested to reporters that she had a history of felony convictions, court documents in the case show.

Miller has been unable to find work in the entertainment industry, and her attorney believes it is because she made public her allegations against Schwarzenegger.

"Because several people had mentioned her drug use and one had suggested possible participation in prostitution, I believed very strongly that the criminal records ... were of the same Rhonda Miller," campaign spokeswoman Sean Walsh said in a deposition filed last week in Los Angeles Superior Court.

Talk about defamation.

It seems that Schwarzenegger's staff has learned well form the Clinton defenders.

Lets understand her claim.

First she says she was groped in 1991, and then again in 1994, but she didn't get around to complaining about it until 2003.

Why did she put herself in a position to be groped in 1994 if it bothered her so much in '91? If there was a picture on the ceiling of a trailer in 1991 she could have gotten it down and filed a big time lawsuit back in 1991.

I bet that she only became unhappy about this in 2003, and was a willing participant in '91 and '94.

Very valid points, and what Arnold should have said in response to her accusations. Instead, he sent reporters after the criminal records of a different Rhonda Miller. Big mistake.
