If the false wedding certificate is used for federal taxes, will the IRS be prosecuting? What is the IRS position? Will the IRS follow DMA?
Will O'Donuts risk jail? or she just keep this a s a PR stunt.

I think I heard some mayor in New York State is going to start marrying gays tomorrow or Monday.

Could Rosie now be called "The Dyke of The Bay"?
To: Prodigal Son
New Paltz? no, they have a homosexual alderman who is trying to get a group to do it. So far the others are hiding under their desks.

Here comes the bride
.. all fat and wide
I see that she carry the flower but I thought that "she" was the bride groom. Am I wrong or is "she/he" wrong to carry the bouquet??

I have a friend who makes custom hats for celebrities. She was making a hat for Rosie and she said she has the biggest head she has ever seen. Her hat size is off the richter scale.

From the City of San Francisco website:
REQUIREMENTS FOR OBTAINING A MARRIAGE LICENSE IN THE CITY AND COUNTY OF SAN FRANCISCO:
4. Appointments require a payment of $82 at the time of booking. Absolutely no refunds will be given.
5. A convenience fee of $5.00 is applied on all credit card payments. Visa and MasterCard accepted.
6. The couple along with a maximum of 2 witnesses/guests must arrive at the INFORMATION DESK at City Hall, Room 168 to CHECK-IN at the scheduled time. Couples arriving more than 10 minutes after their scheduled time will not be served and will be required to schedule a new appointment and pay the marriage license fee again.
7. 72-HOUR RE-SCHEDULING POLICY - If you cannot make your appointment, you may reschedule within 60 days of the date of the original appointment. However, you must provide us with at least 72 hours notice. You may reschedule your appointment by visiting our website at http://www.sfgov.org/countyclerk (confirmation number would be required), contacting us via e-mail at county.clerk@sfgov.org or phone (415) 554-4955. Failure to meet this criteria will require a new marriage license appointment and fee to be paid.
The bold print is part of their document. Notice that there are several references to repaying the fee. What a way to make some bucks.

Yep, pulling stunts like this is the only way she can get her fat face on television these days.
I hope her "wife" sues her for half of everything during the "divorce." .....But what'll happen then is obvious -- Rosie will claim the marriage was illegal, so she doesn't owe her ex-"partner" squat.

Poor guy is being forced to suck his wife's dyke.

Rossie's a New York State resident, her brother is an Assemblyman. If I were her, I'd file as married on m income tax return, and let the Tax Department either accept it, or fight them in court. With the Defense of Marriage Act tied in the State Legislature (the Assembly will never pass it) the courts will have to decide.

The next test of this as a PR stunt is if she files a joint return claiming marriage.
Will the IRS be "supportive"?
To: Therapist
Saying that is not right for FR. We do have minors who do post around here.
