I got my copy of "Hollywood, Interrupted" from amazon.com. You may be able to get a copy from your local bookstore.

I think the book is on amazon.com. It's co-authored and one of the authors is freeper "andrew". The two were on Fox & Friends yesterday talking about how they'd been cancelled by the Today Show and Debra Norville. NBC doesn't want to upset the Hollywood "elite".
