You can concentrate on his post war years, I want to know about the war years themselves.
1. How many officers got Silver Stars for shooting wounded VC
2.Whe Kerry got the Bronze bar for picking his own man from the water , where was Kerry? was he driving the boat? leaning down to get the man from the water? where was he?
3. who witnessed the incidents and put Kerry in for the medal? Did they interview his crew?
4. When did Kerry discover 3 purple hearts and you go home and then start putting Band aids on scratches, Obviously the wounds didnt involve removal of a foreign object from Kerry's body so any scratch could serve as a wound.
5 How many of the crew of Kerry's boat got medals, were they all not in the same boat and as deserving of medals as Kerry?
6. Who spoke up and got Kerry placed on the Swift boats in the first place, we all know he wanted to imitate JFK and get in the boats , who pulled the strings?
I have many doubts about Kerry';s role in the war If , as he claims , he shot women and kids with a 50 caliber machine gun , where was his boats gunner at the time , or did Kerry just want in on the fun of shooting up women and kids and take over the gun? Commanding Officers of boats dont usually fire the guns do they??

I would ask Kerry three questions.
"Senator Kerry. You propose raising taxes on the richest Americans to balance the budget. Please tell the American people what is the cutoff family income number for your proposed tax increase?"
"As a follow-up. Based on the numbers from your economists that suggested you raise taxes, when would the budget be balanced?"
Also, "We know that you will also have to cut programs to help with balancing the budget. What immediate cuts would you implement to begin this process and will you continue to take the position that our intelligence services and military be at the forefront of those cuts?

Why is this "shoot'em up" excusable today for Kerry? I don't understand it. How can he run around touting he's a war hero while admitting he committed war crimes? There needs to be some real serious investigation and questioning done. Bush gets excoriated because they can't find someone to verify a time he was in Alabama...yet...Kerry is considered a war hero after he admits commiting serious attrocities. Somebody try to explain this to me....Please!

" You can concentrate on his post war years, I want to know about the war years themselves."
Excellent points.
Some have questioned whether Kerry was still in the Naval Reserves, when he was protesting.
Others wonder if Kerry was treated for psychiatric disorders relating to Vietnam. His wife alludes to psychiatric treatment.
Only the release of his military records will clear up the questions. Why is Kerry continuing to stonewall ?
The Village Voice has a piece on Kerry this past week ,
"When John Kerry's Courage Went MIA, by Sydney Schanberg "-my posted links have been flops this past week, but,it's easy to find and a must read for everyone.
I am pasting and copying the salient parts and emailing them to all my buddies.
"The Massachusetts senator, now seeking the presidency, carried out this subterfuge a little over a decade ago SHREDDING DOCUMENTS, SUPPRESSING TESTIMONY , and SANITIZING THE COMMITTEE'S FINAL REPORTwhen he was chairman of the Senate Select Committee on P.O.W./ M.I.A. Affairs "
This POS shredded documents by eyewitnesses of American POWs,still alive in Vietnam,in order to normalize relations with the Govt of Vietnam and grease a business deal for his cousin.
This scandal should be getting a hell of a lot more attention-we Freepers can't pull the Kerry scandal wagon by ourselves. Isn't there one member of the mainstream press who considers Kerry's treatment of the POWs a story worth covering ??
