President bush has repeatedly come out in favor of extending the current 'assault weapons ban', banning the import of pre-ban, normal capacity magazines, and raising the minimum age for handgun ownership to 21.

GWB has definitely said he supports extending the assault weapons ban another 10 years. The law expires in September. Be interesting to see what he does about it.
