Oh, I don't know about that. I'm a connesseure of pain meds and muscle relaxants due to another story for another thread. But I can tell you that cyclobenzeprine(flexeril) is about as powerful as a glass of milk. It's nothing! On top of that you need to take it constantly to maintain an elevated blood level of it to do anything. I could take six flexerils and chase em with a nice bottle of New Glarus Hop Hearty and never feel a thing. It's one of those millions of drugs which do nothing, cost a lot, and ease the mind, thinking you feel better.
Now Nubaine is a doozy! That would make the pain go away if you were nailed to the cross. Oxycontin super-sucks too. I don't know what all the controvercy is? Most oral pain meds are worthless.
And if you are in such pain that you need to be on medication, you should be in the hospital getting better, or strongly medicated at home under supervision getting physical therapy. Not taking pills, boozing, and bitch-ditchin.
