While they were talking about this stuff the delay was hit multiple times. Howard was talking about the first breast he saw as a kid. Howard and Gary were also talking about how these people accept money from the people they regulate to travel and do other stuff. Howard said it's time for them to go along with George Bush. Howard told Bush to call off his attack dogs and get on to the real problems in this country. He took a break right after that.
