I think Edwards still has a chance, and I think that would be bad news for Bush. Kerry is very vulnerable on a host of issues, whereas Edwards is the kind of glib, attractive Southerner who disarms a lot of Middle Americans and soccer moms. He would be a more formidable oppenent than Kerry, and I hope the Dems don't figure that out before it's too late.

Yeah, the soccer moms might go for him.......but I think he's light in the britches. After all, if he won't stand up to Kerry.....who's a member of his own party.....who would he stand up to?

Edwards has one primary out of 20. He is trailing badly in all the states that will hold primaries on Super Tuesday. Edwards has a snowball's chance in Hell in getting the nomination. But don't worry, he will probably be the VP candidate, which is why the pundits are calling Kerry/Edwards the dream ticket.
