Why no comment from about about San Francisco breaking state law then? hmmmm? I think he really means as long as states' choose gay marriage. Liberals want to federalize the issue in favor of queer marriage. They just don't want to do it through legislatures. They want to do it through the courts.

Exactly. I advocate a law that takes back control from the courts not one that addresses gay marriage. We should make the issue activist judges. Let's see the liberals label that a "wedge" issue.
