Stop the Bill before it reaches his desk. I am not going to absolve the lazy gun owners for their lack of responsibility.And if it gets there when clearly we have not been lazy.....?

The next time someone says they will stay home on election day if Bush signs the Bill, ask them what they have done so it wouldn't reach his desk.
