Edwards and Kerry chickened out. I hope Zell gets back in time for the rest of the votes. Edwards & Kerry are busy campaigning. That's such a wonderful thing. I hope that they boss miss this issue entirely, and that whichever one is nominated misses the straight up-or-down AWB vote (please, let there be one) that should take place in the summer. This offers us some hope.
...and someone needs to make sure that Zell is present for future key votes.

I hope that they boss miss this issue entirely... Duh...should be: I hope that they both miss this issue entirely...

Maybe Kerry's and Edwards' handlers advised them to be on the campaign trail and AWOL when controversial votes come up. That way later they can bluster and preach about what they would have done if they'd been there...and of course what they would have done varies according to the audience.

It will be funny to hear Kerry criticize Bush about this issue, when Kerry didn't even bother to show up for the vote...
