In Her Majesty’s northern Dominion the public health system is such an article of faith that no private hospitals are permitted.

IIRC, that was an important part of the Clintoon's plan for socialized medicine in the U.S.

Of course what the Clintoons wanted to do they failed at and is conveniently forgotten.

Much of the Republican Contract With America passed after the 1994 elections, and that is now what Clintoon claims to be HIS legacy.
