This should be called the "HOLD ON MR. CRIMINAL, I NEED TO TAKE THE LOCK OFF MY GUN" Amenmendment.

I hear this Boxer thing wants to ban all sale, used or new guns, without an integral safety device. Any sale would give a $15k fine.
This is a ban on virtually every gun made.
