Sheeshh... how long does it take to consider a "motion to proceed"? It's the U. S. Senate (formely known as), "the Greatest Deliberative Body in the World", (aka: the biggest bunch of windbags in the world) It can take a loooooonnnng time.

The only thing that could take longer would be if they were debating in "old Entish". Pardon the JRR reference.
