Could this be the same FBI that said that there was nobody else in the truck? Could ths be the same FBI that said under oath that Tim and Tery were "soley responsible" for the bombing?

No way, none of those guys would lie under oath......

There is a thread around here some where with all of the stuff that the FBI NEVER investigated on it. I will look for it again.

The FBI has a long history of getting their man even if means lieing, burning them out, hiding evidence ect. As long as they get the one they want and protect the FBI that is all that matters.
