Thanks for posting this. :) Let's see... the word "marriage" is being messed with. Just as "illegal aliens" (undocumented workers) has been messed with. I think gay lobby has "screwed itself" on this issue of "marriage". Of course the twining of the "marriage" and the "immigrant issues" in this one article brings a huge grin to my face. It's quite.. a significant pairing of issues on a political scale. And, I think the Dems have walked right into it. --SNAP!

Nice to know that all the candidates are against Gay Marriage. The amendment on the other hand...not sure about this to be honest. But if San Francisco gets its way...

Careful reading of the article indicates that none of the candidates support Bush's proposed constitutional amendment.
Jones and Casey were affirmative in their specific opposition.
Marin and Kaloogian supported an amendment to ban gay marriage which Bush's admendment doesn't address.
